Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial for the first month on any plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any obligation.
If you choose not to cancel, your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) will automatically begin once the free trial ends.
How can I modify my plan?
To modify your plan, log in to your pfolio account, click on the icon in the top right corner, and navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.
You can then:
- Change your billing cycle: Switch between monthly and annual billing.
- Change plan: Upgrade or downgrade to a different plan.
- Change add-ons: Activate or deactivate add-ons (e.g., Asset Builder, Futures, or Export add-ons).
Important notes:
- Upgrading plans: Changes take effect immediately, and pricing adjustments are pro-rated for the current billing cycle.
- Downgrading plans: Changes will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Add-ons: These operate on a monthly billing cycle. Activation is immediate, and deactivation occurs at the end of the current billing cycle.
How can I cancel my plan?
To cancel your plan, log in to your pfolio account, click on the icon in the top right corner, and go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, you will retain full access to the platform and all its features.
Will my plan auto-renew?
Yes, your plan will auto-renew based on your selected billing cycle, either monthly or annually.
What payment options do you offer?
We use Stripe to securely process payments. We accept all major credit cards in most currencies, as well as additional payment methods like PayPal and more.
