Pricing frequently asked questions
How can I modify my plan?
Log in to your pfolio account, click on the icon in the top right corner and click on Account > Payments & Plans.
You can then:
- Change billing cycle: You can switch from monthly to annual billing and vice versa.
- Change plan: You can switch to another plan.
- Change add-ons: You can activate or deactivate add-ons (Asset Builder add-on, Futures add-on, or Export add-on).
All changes take effect immediately, changes in pricing are pro-rated for the running period.
How can I cancel my plan?
Log in to your pfolio account, click on the icon in the top right corner and click on Account > Payments & Plans.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For monthly billing, this is the last day of the current month.
If you cancel, you will keep access to the platform until the end of the billing cycle.
Will my plan auto-renew?
Yes, if you are on a monthly billing cycle, your plan will auto-renew for another month and if you are on a annual billing cycle, your plan will auto-renew for another 12 months.
What payment options do you offer?
Our payments are handled by Stripe and we accept all major credit cards in all major currencies.
